Alex Coldea, Dill's founder, won Young Business Person of the Year at the Swansea Bay Business Awards in autumn 2022.
The awards, run by Reach Plc (WalesOnline and BusinessLive), recognise entrepreneurs across the Swansea Bay City Region — Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. It was a competitive field, and we're glad the work got noticed.

The credit really belongs to the whole team. Dill builds software that makes food labelling faster and cheaper to get right — from automating food-safety checks to printing accurate allergen labels.
A lot of that runs on our partnership with Brother. Together we let kitchens print product and allergen labels on demand, so staying compliant doesn't slow anyone down. It's already in use across London — BrewDog, Spar, forecourts, takeaways and fine-dining restaurants — and we're growing from there.
Congratulations to the other winners. It says a lot about the region that there's this much to celebrate.
