Seoul IN a Bottle showcases a modernisation of Korean Royal Court Cuisine with a help of family recipes that has been handed down. Clean, simple yet complex flavours create a balanced selection of exciting dishes.
Dishes can be mixed and matched to create a dream Hansang with combinations from the Menu including various Banchans (small side dishes), mains, rice dishes and bar snacks finishing off with seasonal desserts.

Manual food safety labelling was taking more operational time, effort and further checks to make sure the due by dates were displaying correct information.
Korean Characters
As the chain is Korean, food safety labels containing korean characters are difficult to be encoded and printed on labels by a labelling machine.
